REIGN treats applicant and visitor information as private and confidential and limits access to authorized personnel and systems according to applicable privacy and security policies.

Information submitted through the Private Access application is used to evaluate access, understand needs, facilitate requested services, communicate with the applicant, and operate the REIGN ecosystem.

Mobile verification confirms control of a phone number. It does not independently prove legal identity.

Transactional SMS consent and marketing SMS consent are stored separately. Neither is pre-selected. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help.

The exact SMS disclosures must be reviewed for applicable U.S. SMS/TCPA/privacy requirements before production use.
